I was booked in with Dr Mapfunde in Lowther today, And I Have To Say What An Absolute Gentleman this Dr IS!... He's only gonna be with Us for 4 months as his permanent position is at Cumberland Infirmary.. I Can only say What An Asset This Man IS to the NHS!... Especially Our Area at the Moment?!.. He has a Brilliant an Caring Attitude, Listens Intently AND Also Explains Every Aspect, Possibility and Outcome!... Dr Mapfunde Also has A Very Much Appreciated Sense of Humour Whilst Still Carrying Out His Medical Position.... Plus He Has The Most Welcoming Beautiful Smile that puts His Patients at Ease Immediately...... Thanku...... Dot Martin..

Happy on the whole and the turnaround that Lowther Medical has made. Still impossible to get an appointment, but due to some complex medical conditions I have, I usually manage to get a timely appointment - but frustrating when doctor asks me to make an appointment for next week and there are no appointments and you have to jump through hoops and do three pirouettes to get one from the receptionists.
